- Ask and answer 「팬이 된 지 얼마나 됐어요?」 with -(으)ㄴ 지
- Say what you can and can't do with -(으)ㄹ 수 있어요/없어요, and ask politely with -아/어 주세요
- Get through 90 seconds in person or on a video call without notes, and know what not to say
